01 Why are the seams on the outside?

It is the idea behind SOVRALI. We sew the main seams wrong-side-out so you can see how each piece is built: overlocked seam allowances, bound edges and panel joins. The visible seams and raw edges are part of the design, not a fault.

02 What does g/m² mean?

Grams per square metre: the weight of the fabric. The higher the number, the denser and heavier the fleece or jersey. Most of our sweatshirts use a heavier fleece for the body and a lighter one for the sleeves; both numbers are on the spec sheet of every product.

03 What is a fabric lot?

One fleece in one colour. We cut sweatshirts, shorts, tees, caps and totes from the same six lots, so pieces from the same lot match. See Fabric lots.

04 What is the fabric made of?

The fibre composition is printed on the sewn-in label of each piece. If you would like to know it before ordering, email us with the product name and we will confirm it.

05 How do I choose my size?

Each product lists its fit (boxy, relaxed, regular or cropped). Our Size Guide explains the fits and gives body measurements.

06 Which currencies can I pay in?

US dollars (USD), British pounds (GBP), euros (EUR), Danish kroner (DKK) and Swedish kronor (SEK). The price shown follows your delivery country, and every price shows its currency code. At checkout, the currency follows your billing country.

07 Which payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Card details are entered on our payment provider’s secure form; we never see or store your full card number. Payment is taken when you place your order.

08 How much is delivery and how long does it take?

One flat rate per order for each country, shown in your cart before you pay. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. See Shipping for rates and estimated times.

09 Do you have discount codes or sales?

No. We do not currently run promotions, and the price you see is the price you pay (plus delivery).

10 Can I return something?

Yes. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Use the withdrawal form or read Returns & Refunds.

11 How do I care for my pieces?

Follow the care instructions on the sewn-in label.
