This page covers the statutory right of withdrawal, how to return an item, refunds, cancellations and faulty items.

01 14-day right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Please send the items back unworn and unwashed, with any original packaging. You may try an item on as you would in a shop.

This right applies to customers in the EU and the UK under consumer law. We apply the same 14-day period to all our customers, wherever they live.

02 How to return an item

1. Tell us within 14 days of delivery: use the withdrawal form or email support@sovrali.shop with your order number and the items you are returning.
2. Within two working days we send you the return address and instructions. Please do not send returns to our registered office; it cannot accept parcels.
3. Pack the items securely and send them within 14 days of telling us, with a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage.

03 Return costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, you pay the direct cost of sending it back. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return cost.

04 Refunds

• We refund to the payment method you used for the order, in the same currency. We do not charge a fee for refunds.
• If you withdraw from a whole order, we also refund the standard delivery cost you paid. If you return only part of an order, the delivery cost is not refunded unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
• We make the refund no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the items back, or until you have sent us proof of postage, whichever is earlier.
• If a returned item has been worn, washed or handled beyond what is needed to check it, we may reduce the refund to reflect its loss in value.
• Your bank or card provider may need a few extra working days to show the refund on your statement.

05 Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order free of charge until it has been dispatched. Email us with your order number as soon as possible or use the withdrawal form. If the parcel has not left us, we cancel it and refund the full amount, including delivery. If it has already been dispatched, you can withdraw from the purchase once it arrives.

06 Exchanges

We do not swap items directly. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or piece you prefer.

07 Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, has a fault (for example a seam coming undone or a broken zip or snap) or is not what you ordered, email us with a photo so we can put it right quickly. We replace or refund it and cover all related costs.

You also have legal rights if goods are faulty or not as described. In the EU, the seller is responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. In the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you a 30-day right to reject faulty goods and further remedies after that. These rights are not affected by this policy. Please note that the visible, outside seams and raw edges on our pieces are part of the design and not a fault.

08 Statutory information on the right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (30 YEAR CLOTHING LIMITED, trading as SOVRALI, Home Farm House, Lilford, Peterborough, PE8 5SG, United Kingdom; email: support@sovrali.shop; telephone: +44 7444 829743) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, an email). You can use the online withdrawal form (“Withdraw from contract here”) or the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. If you use the online form, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods to the return address we give you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
